General presentations of popular culture are then expressed through my own visual language giving a different angle or perspective on ourselves and the world around us. Ideals and beliefs systems that we are taught to live by are re-presented in a different light, questioning their validity. These ideals and beliefs can often be the 'gods' of worship, which eventually reveal their 'clay feet' nature. What purpose do the 'Babylon' constructs and 'sanctuaries' have in our lives? 'Sanctuaries' create the boundaries, 'prophecy' is the mask, 'de-struct' is the cure.
