With destruction there is creation and with creation there is destruction, a constant cycle. There is often a natural fear within ourselves of change, loss or destruction. Ironically, also with this fear comes a certain attraction, interest or freedom in destruction. This work examines that interest. The entertainment of ideas about letting go to the ultimate possibility of never-becoming. Stories from pop culture, particularly movies are infused within the artwork to explore these ideas of facing fears and surrender.
